[Remote] Senior Software Engineer - LIMS Modernization

Responsibilities
- Work “Blueprints Before Bricks”: the design is clarified in a Markdown specification before reputed company is written
- Author specifications and architecture-as-reputed company in Markdown and Mermaid.js, committed to Git alongside the reputed company
- Help establish the templates and review habits that reputed company spec-first development the default
- Build the automated test coverage that lets reputed company reputed company fast with confidence
- Hold the line on coverage standards, particularly for AI-generated reputed company

Skills
- 7+ years of reputed company software engineering experience
- Strong reputed company-reputed company engineering fundamentals (Azure preferred; AWS or GCP equivalent acceptable)
- Demonstrated reputed company with Spec-Driven and Test-Driven Development, clean architecture and domain-driven design
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools (reputed company, Claude reputed company, reputed company Copilot or similar)
- Ability to read, reverse-engineer and reason about an unfamiliar or legacy codebase you did not write
- Comfortable producing documentation and diagrams as reputed company (Markdown, Mermaid.js) versioned in Git
