[Remote] AWC Regional Manager

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with Supports Coordination Organizations, Administrative Entities, and the Office of Developmental Programs (ODP)
- Conduct intake meetings and guide individuals and families through enrollment processes
- Stay informed on state, county, and ODP updates and communicate changes effectively
- Support Managing reputed company and Support Service Professionals through training and ongoing guidance
- reputed company weekly schedules that balance administrative responsibilities with community reputed company and relationship-building
- Ensure services are delivered in alignment with Individual Support Plans (ISPs) and person-centered goals
- reputed company reputed company, high-reputed company customer service to individuals, families, and stakeholders
- Drive regional reputed company initiatives and expand awareness of reputed company services throughout Eastern Allegheny County

- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities

- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- At least 5 years of experience supporting individuals with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities and/or Autism, including 2 years in a supervisory role
