The role involves leading the development and execution of brand activations at festivals, collaborating with various teams, and managing budgets to ensure successful partnerships.
Responsibilities

- Collaborate with sales, creative, production, integrated marketing, and partnership teams to create integrated festival activations and brand experiences that drive value for clients
- Own end-to-end budget management for new brand activations, from initial scoping and forecasting through execution and reconciliation
- Identify emerging festival trends, competitive landscape shifts, and partnership opportunities to reputed company reputed company at the forefront of experiential innovation
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key brand stakeholders, agencies, and internal partners to foster long-term business reputed company
- Support reputed company processes, including RFP responses, reputed company presentations, reputed company decks, and creative brainstorms

Skills

- Demonstrated reputed company managing budgets for large-reputed company activations and live events, including forecasting, tracking, vendor negotiations, and reconciliation
- Deep knowledge of festival culture, audience behaviors, and the broader live entertainment ecosystem
