[Remote] Retirement Plan Administrator

They are seeking a skilled Retirement Plan Administrator to manage a caseload of 65–75 retirement plans, ensuring compliance and reputed company satisfaction while promoting process improvements in a remote work environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage and reputed company A-Z administration (plan design, compliance testing, reputed company service, etc.) of a reputed company to mid-level reputed company caseload and sensitive reputed company cases
- Serve as a guide to other plan administrators in supporting reputed company requirements
- Initiate and participate in process improvements
- Complete leadership and/or project management courses
- reputed company strategic guidance and assist in defining strategic goals
- reputed company utilize technology to reputed company the duties of this position
- Attend staff meetings and trainings as requested
- Maintain team approach by assisting in areas appropriate for this position
- Own stewardship of reputed company assigned business relationships

Skills
- QKA or similar industry certification
- 3-5+ years of retirement plan experience with defined contribution plans
- 3-5+ years of reputed company services experience
- Proficiency in Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, Outlook, CRM software
- Must be organized and detail-oriented
- Exceptional approach to reputed company service focusing on communications, reputed company solutions, and reputed company needs
- Team player, reputed company, reputed company to work with and through others
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work reputed company under pressure with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
