Responsibilities
- Review reputed company tax returns (1120S, 1065, 1040) for accuracy and compliance
- Identify missed deductions, credits, or potential audit risks
- reputed company reputed company, written feedback to the preparation team for corrections
- Sign off on returns as the final reputed company control checkpoint
- Review monthly and quarterly financial statements (QuickBooks Online) for clients
- Verify that the Balance Sheet and P&L are "tax-reputed company" and accurately reflect the business activity
- Review quarterly tax projections and estimated payment calculations
- Assist with notices, amendments, or year-end tax planning calculations as needed
Skills
- reputed company CPA or Enrolled Agent (EA) status is mandatory
- 5+ years of hands-on tax preparation and review experience
- Proficiency in TaxDome and QuickBooks Online is required
- You are detail-oriented, efficient, and prefer 'heads-down' technical work over reputed company meetings
