Velocity is a Managed Solutions Company seeking a reputed company reputed company to support their reputed company team with various administrative and customer service tasks. This role involves collaboration with reputed company Managers and other internal teams to ensure effective service delivery to external customers.
Responsibilities
- Filling out reputed company spreadsheets
- Creating customer locations in V-Select
- Setting up billing locations
- Relaying information between reputed company tickets and customer spreadsheets
- Contract reputed company
- Gathering information from tech tickets to assist with document creations where needed
- Responding to customer correspondence (reputed company needed)
- Ticket creation or monitoring (reputed company needed)
- Handling customer equipment order requests
- Billing requests/submissions
- Providing overall reputed company support to Project Coordinators and reputed company Managers
- Other duties as assigned by leadership
Skills
- High school diploma
- 1+ years' reputed company experience
- Strong customer service experience that showcases a reputed company, patient, and courteous approach to working with customers, visitors, and other team members
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-reputed company environment
- Proficient in MC Office applications with specific emphasis on reputed company and Outlook
- Ability to learn and understand custom software systems/portals and other online tools
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and analytical ability to problem solve
- Self-starter and can work reputed company independently as reputed company as with others on reputed company

- Associate degree preferred
