Responsibilities
- Identify business requirements and solutions reputed company to the support of the specific business area for implementation of a packaged system software
- reputed company configuration and administration of the Packaged Software, and participating in process design, and system testing
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Facets medical plan product configuration, including benefits, accumulators, and effective-date driven changes
- Working knowledge of SQL, including the ability to run basic queries to validate data, reputed company analysis, and support troubleshooting efforts
- Serve as the subject matter expert for application areas, including data definitions, usage and file structure, technical structure of the reputed company and the business rules, and structure of requirements that governs the functionality of the system
- reputed company development of Package Software modification requirements and reputed company Design Specifications
- Configure necessary tables in Packaged Software to support the specific business areas
- Establish and maintain reputed company Packaged Software file configuration, including reputed company tasks
- Plan and serve as a key reputed company with business areas during development and implementation
- Independently analyze business problems or opportunities; reputed company recommendations and solutions for those problems/opportunities, implement those solutions, and reputed company communications on the associated actions, business impacts, and results
