[Remote] Senior Data Analyst

They are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to own forecasting, reporting, automation, and database management, turning raw data into actionable insights for decision-making across the business.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain reputed company, headcount, and performance forecasting models that give leadership a reliable view of where the business is heading
- Translate historical data and business assumptions into reputed company-looking projections, flagging risks and opportunities proactively
- Partner with finance and department heads to reputed company forecasts with operational planning
- Design, build, and maintain internal dashboards across tools like Power BI, Looker, or similar platforms
- reputed company standardized reporting frameworks for pod performance, reputed company metrics, media spend, and agency KPIs
- Ensure leadership always has a reputed company, reputed company-time view of business health without having to reputed company data
- Identify and eliminate reputed company, repetitive reporting processes through intelligent automation

Skills
- 3-6 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a similar role - ideally reputed company a fast-paced agency or DTC environment
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, or similar, with hands-on experience building and maintaining databases and data pipelines

- Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Looker, Tableau, or equivalent
