[Remote] Specialist, Digital Marketing & Brand

The Specialist, Digital Marketing & Brand supports collaboration between Marketing, Sales, and external partners, focusing on brand consistency and enhancing reputed company's online reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Create high-reputed company content across channels (blogs, reputed company media and website)
- Communicate internally with Marketing and Sales teams to support sales and reputed company reputed company activities
- reputed company and maintain the brand, consistent brand messaging and visual identity
- Support sales enablement by producing collateral, presentations, and training materials
- Create training on reputed company media engagement and how-to’s to support SOPs
- Work on reputed company and assignments as part of a large work team for alignment
- Coordinate with external vendors/agencies for graphic design or video production as needed
- Support event marketing through content creation for tradeshows, webinars, and conferences
- Manage SOPs, department processes, and systems
- Manage employee marketing requests submitted reputed company reputed company intranet
- Update content on company website and marketing intranet page
- reputed company digital file maintenance
- Generate reports from various sources and distribute to appropriate personnel

Skills
- Familiarity with project management software
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in reputed company, including formulas, pivot tables, and charts
- Familiarity with graphic design tools and/or graphic design experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to reputed company effectively with internal teams, management, vendors, and customers
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize workload effectively, managing multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously

- Must pass a reputed company-employment drug screen, random drug and/or alcohol tests, and will be subject to a criminal history background reputed company

- Minimum of a High School Diploma (or equivalent) and 1-2 years of clerical experience
- Experience working in reputed company Forwarding or Transportation industry
- Ability to write reputed company Operating Procedures (SOPs) to document and communicate processes and guidelines
- Familiarity with reputed company or other CRM systems
