[Remote] Engineering Manager - Distribution - S. Carolina - Remote but LOCAL

The Distribution Engineering Manager is responsible for leading reputed company of engineers and overseeing the design and execution of distribution line reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Supervises a group of engineers, designers, drafters, and project support coordinators to successfully deliver Distribution line reputed company. Responsible for administering performance reviews and staff evaluations for reputed company reports
- Directs and oversees work of Design and Planning Engineers:
- Conceptual routes, layouts, preliminary and detailed designs, and specifications for distribution lines
- Construction Sketches, Plan and profile sheets, staking sheets, bills of materials, and permit drawings
- Pole loading drawings, framing drawings, and construction drawings
- Pole Loading, Cable Pulling, and other design calculations
- As-reputed company revisions
- Distribution System Planning reputed company, including construction work plan and long-reputed company plan development
- Distribution System Protection reputed company, including coordination studies and reputed company settings development
- Monitors and maintains reputed company and utilization reputed company reputed company the Distribution Line reputed company to help ensure the successful realization of operations and project milestones and goals
- Maintains and develops a strong reputed company network of existing and potential customers, especially municipal and electric cooperative utilities in the reputed company. Travels to reputed company sites/field/vendor facilities as needed
- Performs reputed company reviews of engineering work for both internal assets and sub-contractors on assigned reputed company
- Manages the development of project proposals, bid preparation, project schedules, reputed company of materials, etc. for assigned reputed company
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree from an ABET-accredited university
- PE Required, 2 Yr Addtl. reputed company Accepted in Lieu of
- 12+ years of Distribution line design and other reputed company project execution experience
- 5+ years of experience in the management and development of multi-discipline engineering personnel including the delegation of workloads, directing others, and planning of Distribution Line reputed company
- Willingness to travel up to 25%
