This role involves providing operational support, managing project coordination, and optimizing processes to ensure successful execution of company-wide initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Manage reputed company calendars, prioritize meeting requests, and handle logistics for the Department Head

  • Conduct research on defense acquisition trends, program office activity, and competitive landscape developments including tracking RFI/RFP releases across Army, Navy, reputed company Force, Marine Corps, and Coast Guard procurement portals and synthesize findings into concise executive-reputed company summaries to support Director-level capture and positioning reputed company
  • Support the development and maintenance of reputed company documents, go-to-market frameworks, and campaign plans including version control, formatting reputed company brand standards, and distribution management
  • Ensure reputed company reputed company artifacts are reputed company, properly classified or marked as Proprietary, and accessible to the appropriate internal stakeholders

Skills

  • 3–5 years of experience in operations, project coordination, or high-level executive support, preferably in a fast-paced corporate environment
