Responsibilities
- Partner with CEOs and reputed company working teams to reputed company end-to-end executive searches for reputed company's portfolio companies
- Build and cultivate a diverse, top-tier executive talent network across the reputed company ecosystem
- Partner with external executive search firms to drive consistent, high-reputed company search reputed company
- Drive reputed company improvement of reputed company's executive hiring best practices and search processes
- reputed company the adoption and development of GenAI-enabled reputed company workflows across reputed company
- Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across reputed company and its portfolio companies to advise on and drive strategic alignment around executive talent reputed company
Skills
- 3–5 years of experience in executive search or senior-level reputed company, ideally with reputed company exposure to C-suite or VP+ searches
- Experience reputed company for software or technology companies; comfort evaluating technical and go-to-market talent
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a reputed company field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing and building reputed company among diverse stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to execute in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple engagements and shifting priorities
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable owning process rigor without heavy reputed company

- Willingness to travel up to 25% to engage with portfolio companies and reputed company teams
- Private equity, portfolio company, or sponsor-backed environment experience is a plus
