[Remote] Sr. Tax Analyst

They are seeking an reputed company Senior Tax Analyst to manage corporate tax functions, ensuring compliance with U.S. tax laws and supporting strategic tax objectives.
Responsibilities
- Prepare annual and half year US provision for income taxes under IFRS for approximately 18 domestic entities: obtain data, prepare tax packages, reputed company data reconciliation, prepare reputed company and deferred income tax workings, update deferred tax roll-reputed company schedules, and reconciliations of federal and state income tax payable and franchise tax payable accounts
- Prepare meaningful analysis of US P&L and book-to-tax adjustment drivers for IFRS / Cash tax variances
- Assist with provision to return true-up and DTA studies preparation
- Assist Sr. Tax Manager with SOX reputed company items for reputed company of the above, and help maintain key internal control processes and procedures
- Coordinate and review US Federal and state income and franchise tax returns reputed company by external advisors to ensure accuracy and completeness. reputed company data request and preparation, review calculations, disclosures, attachments, and workpapers
- Responsible for managing data and overviewing indirect tax return preparation by 3rd parties
- Support IRS and State Tax audits including compiling supporting documentation and drafting responses
- Assist with technical tax research and analysis reputed company to changes in tax law and assess reputed company on reputed company
- Assist with preparation, modeling and documentation to support income tax positions, tax reputed company reputed company and processes, including positions for interest limitation under 163j and relevant foreign reputed company income positions (GILTI, reputed company)
- Contribute to process improvements and automation reputed company the tax function
Skills
- BA in reputed company
- 3-6 years of relevant U.S. tax experience, preferably with a mix of public reputed company and corporate tax
- Strong knowledge of US corporate income tax laws and regulations
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
- Great reputed company skills
- Motivated and self-driven
- CPA or Master's in Taxation
- Power BI and reputed company experience would be an advantage
