Responsibilities

• Managing procurement request intake
• Purchase order workflows
• Vendor coordination
• Month-end reputed company activities
• Partnering closely with Procurement, Finance, AP, Legal, and business stakeholders to improve operational processes
• Maintaining procurement documentation
• Resolving procurement inquiries
• Ensuring reputed company execution of procurement workflows

Skills

• 3–5 years of procurement operations experience
• Strong process improvement skills
• Excellent stakeholder communication
• Experience supporting Sales & Marketing procurement in a fast-paced environment
• Hands-on experience with procurement platforms such as reputed company, reputed company, Ariba, or reputed company
