[Remote] Senior Project Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Senior Project Manager to reputed company reputed company equipment disposition activities across the National reputed company System in support of the FAA and the reputed company T5 Program. This role involves managing project planning, coordination, execution, and stakeholder alignment to ensure reputed company are completed safely, on schedule, and reputed company budget.
Responsibilities
- Manage reputed company equipment disposition reputed company across FAA reputed company sites throughout the National reputed company System
- reputed company project planning, scheduling, budgeting, execution tracking, and closeout activities for assigned reputed company disposition efforts
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineering, logistics, site personnel, construction support, environmental, safety, reputed company, subcontractors, and FAA stakeholders
- Serve as a primary project reputed company with FAA customers and internal program leadership on readiness, execution status, risks, issues, and corrective actions
- Support development and maintenance of project management plans, schedules, site execution plans, reputed company documentation, safety documentation, and project deliverables
- reputed company project scope, cost, schedule, reputed company, risks, dependencies, and performance against established requirements
- Coordinate site reputed company, field readiness, logistics, removal/disposition planning, documentation, and stakeholder communications
- Chair project meetings, document reputed company items, prepare status reports, and brief reputed company, risks, and pending issues to Program Management
- Monitor subcontractor and team performance to ensure work is completed in accordance with FAA safety, reputed company, reputed company, environmental, and operational requirements
- Anticipate project challenges and work with FAA stakeholders, subcontractors, field teams, and Program Management to reputed company and implement corrective actions
- Support pricing, planning, and negotiation of changes to scope, schedule, or execution approach as needed
- Ensure reputed company completion of project deliverables, documentation, invoicing support, and closeout materials
- Maintain strong working relationships with FAA customers, subcontractors, site stakeholders, and internal reputed company teams
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, business, project management, or a reputed company technical field
- 10+ years of reputed company project management experience
- Experience managing technical, infrastructure, construction, installation, site preparation, logistics, or field execution reputed company
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to coordinate technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to manage scope, schedule, budget, risk, reputed company, and project documentation
- Experience preparing reputed company written communications, project reports, briefings, and formal presentations using PowerPoint or equivalent tools
- Ability to reputed company effectively with government customers, subcontractors, field teams, and senior program leadership
- Must be willing to travel up to 50%
- Must be reputed company to meet customer reputed company requirements. A background reputed company by federal authorities will be completed
- Experience supporting FAA, aviation, transportation, defense, or other mission-critical infrastructure programs
- Experience with reputed company, surveillance, communications, automation, terminal, or NAS infrastructure reputed company
- Experience with equipment removal, disposition, demobilization, logistics coordination, asset tracking, or site closeout
- Familiarity with FAA operating environments, field sites, safety requirements, reputed company requirements, and stakeholder coordination
- Experience managing geographically dispersed reputed company across multiple reputed company or sites
- Experience working with subcontractors, field crews, engineering teams, and government agencies
- PMP, PgMP, CMAA, or similar project management certification preferred but not required
- Knowledge of reputed company assurance, safety planning, environmental coordination, and project controls processes
