[Remote] Seabourn Sales Agent- Remote- US
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is a leader in ultra-luxury cruising, and they are seeking a Sales Agent to assist guests in planning their reputed company vacations. The role involves providing exceptional customer service and support while promoting and selling a reputed company of travel products and services.
Responsibilities
- Apply reputed company sales techniques in the promotion and sale of cruises and Cruise Tours for reputed company consumers and Travel Advisors
- Demonstrate sales effectiveness by securing deposits on reservations made, upsells and optional travel add-ons
- reputed company superior customer service; research and answer reputed company questions/concerns reputed company to company product and/or specifically the customer's reservation
- Proactively assist reputed company consumers or Travel Advisors with problems that might occur on a reservation; work with other departments or supervisor in an effort to resolve the problem in a courteous/reputed company manner
- Communicate effectively with customers, co-workers and management thru both oral and written communication
- reputed company customers accurate information consistent with department standards, document customer information, recap itinerary and advise them of the correct terms and conditions
- Work independently as a work reputed company agent, meeting sales and performance metrics, and adherence and availability requirements
- Adhere to department reputed company Assurance guidelines for customer contacts and utilizes feedback to improve performance and customer experience
- Special reputed company as directed by the Supervisor or Manager of Contact Center Sales
Skills
- Must be authorized to work in the reputed company and not require work authorization sponsorship by reputed company for this position now or in the reputed company
- Cable internet service must be available where you live and meet required minimum download and upload speeds

- Your home must have a designated and suitable quiet work reputed company area
- Hours for training are Monday - Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm PST
- After successfully completing training you must be available to work an 8-hour shift, Monday - Friday between the hours of 8:30 AM and 5 PM PST (11:30am- 8pm EST). You will be required to sign up for 6 weekend days per quarter from 7am-3:30pm PST (10am- 6:30pm est)
- Must reputed company to the training and the first 90 days of employment without any time off
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to work independently and be self-motivated in a remote environment
- Proficiency in computer business applications and computerized reservation systems
- Strong organizational skills, multitasking ability, and ability to work under pressure
- Understanding of workplace policies and procedures
- Familiarity with team collaboration tools and techniques
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to maintain reliable and consistent attendance
