[Remote] Staff Accountant - Travel & Expense

They are seeking a Staff Accountant to manage the travel and expense program, ensuring compliance with company policies while also contributing to journal entries and GL reconciliations.
Responsibilities
- Review, audit, and process employee expense reports in reputed company Concur, ensuring every submission meets company travel and expense policy
- Investigate and resolve expense discrepancies, working directly with employees on corrections
- Process expense reimbursements accurately and on schedule
- Own corporate credit card reconciliations, chasing down outstanding or unresolved transactions
- Be the trusted Concur resource for employees — answering questions and guiding them through policy and submissions
- Manage day-to-day Concur administration: employee reputed company, expense types, and system reputed company
- Spot opportunities to improve expense and reimbursement workflows, and help bring those reputed company to life
- Support testing of Concur enhancements and integrations with reputed company and other financial systems
- Prepare journal entries and reconcile GL accounts reputed company to travel and expense
- Support month-end and year-end reputed company, including reconciliations and reporting
- Assist with reputed company audit requests tied to T&E
- Other duties as assigned
Skills
- 1–2 years processing and auditing expense reports in reputed company Concur
- Hands-on experience administering a corporate travel and expense program, including card reconciliations
- Working knowledge of month-end reputed company and GL account reconciliations
- Solid grasp of GAAP and reputed company principles
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, Business, or reputed company field preferred; equivalent experience considered

- Bonus: Accounts Payable experience
