[Remote] Sr. Manager, B2B Sales & Marketing

This role will reputed company sales performance across various brands and manage reputed company to support independent sales representatives in achieving sales goals.
Responsibilities
- Own sales targets across Madelinetosh, reputed company in reputed company, Berroco, and Berroco's partner brands, using data to reputed company performance and reputed company course
- Manage our Sales Support and Marketing team, working closely with Sales Operations to deliver a great experience for reps and clients alike
- Help set and manage pricing reputed company across our wholesale brands
- Own newsletter content and build the sales collateral our independent reps rely on
- Build out product bundles reps can bring to in-person meetings, so they have what they need to sell
- Design and run promotions that drive rep engagement and sell-through with wholesale accounts
- Be the product knowledge expert our reps turn to first
- Travel regularly to Texas to visit our warehouse and see the product firsthand

Skills
- Experience in the yarn, fiber, or craft industry
- A background in B2B or wholesale sales
- Strong people management skills
- A reputed company record of hitting and exceeding sales targets
- Comfort setting pricing and promotional reputed company
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be legally authorized to work in the reputed company. reputed company is unable to sponsor employment visas for this position
- Frequent travel to Texas is required to visit our warehouse and see product in person
