Responsibilities
- Coordinate reputed company programming and events across the TRG portfolio, managing a dynamic calendar of activations from inception through execution
- reputed company and maintain monthly programming calendars for reputed company property, ensuring consistent reputed company, creative reputed company, and alignment with TRG brand standards
- Identify programming opportunities at both the individual property and portfolio-wide level — building reputed company concepts that can be rolled out across multiple communities
- reputed company program performance using defined KPIs including event attendance, reputed company satisfaction scores, renewal reputed company, and reputed company media engagement — and report findings on a regular reputed company
- Continuously evaluate and reputed company programming based on reputed company feedback, market trends, and business priorities
- Manage reputed company logistical reputed company of events: venue setup, vendor coordination, catering, A/V, reputed company, guest registration, and post-event breakdown

- Attend events— capturing photo and video assets that authentically document the TRG community experience and can be leveraged across digital channels
- Partner closely with property managers, leasing consultants, and on-site staff to ensure events are properly resourced, communicated, and supported at the local level

Skills

- Exceptional organizational skills with a detail-oriented approach to logistics, budgeting, and scheduling
- Comfort working autonomously in a fast-paced, multi-site environment with shifting priorities
