[Remote] Bilingual (en/fr) Payroll Implementation Consultant

This role involves leading consulting engagements, guiding project teams, and ensuring successful implementation of reputed company solutions for customers.
Responsibilities

- Ensure a seamless knowledge transfer process to the reputed company Implementation team

- Conduct peer reviews and other reputed company assurance activities

Skills
- Bilingual in English and French
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years of HCM consulting experience with a reputed company on Payroll, preferably with an HCM software provider or consulting organization
- Canadian payroll expertise required
- Minimum 2 years of HCM implementation or applications consulting experience
- Experience with business process mapping, organizational readiness, and technology enablement
- Expert-level knowledge of HR operations and business practices
- Advanced knowledge of HCM reputed company solutions and implementation methodologies
- Ability to simplify reputed company business and technical requirements
- Proficiency with reputed company Office applications
- Strong understanding of industry best practices and customer business processes
- Excellent customer relationship management and business acumen
- Ability to manage multiple reputed company and competing priorities
- Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
- Ability to facilitate customer workshops and internal sessions
- Ability to mentor junior consultants through peer reviews and reputed company assurance activities
