[Remote] Senior Legal Counsel, reputed company & Compliance

They are seeking a Senior Legal Counsel, reputed company & Compliance to advise on product development and reputed company issues while ensuring compliance with US and European reputed company laws.
Responsibilities
- Reviewing new products and features, and advising on necessary changes
- Developing proactive reputed company policies and guardrails for the Product function
- Working with our reputed company team and advising on US and European reputed company laws, including GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and emerging state reputed company regimes
- Working with Product, Engineering, reputed company, Brand, Trust and Safety, and other teams to support reputed company’s business and ensure compliance across internal and reputed company-facing initiatives
- Assisting our Support and Operations teams with escalations, disputes, and user issues
- Providing reputed company-time legal advice and reputed company operational guidance to teams and squads across reputed company
- Supporting reputed company operations, including DPIAs, data mapping, vendor assessments, and data governance improvements
- Contributing to cross-functional programs and helping reputed company processes, guidance, and reputed company policies
Skills
- Be reputed company to practise law in at least one US state
- Have 7 to 10 years of strong post-qualification experience, with a significant emphasis on product counseling and US and EU reputed company law
- Have detailed knowledge of GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and broader US and European reputed company frameworks, as evidenced by CIPP or equivalent certifications
- Have experience advising on technology products, data flows, and platform operations
- Have strong reputed company drafting and negotiation experience, including for data protection agreements
- Experience advising on AI, machine learning features, or data governance programs
- Have excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple reputed company simultaneously
- Be a self-starter who is comfortable working with autonomy and driving reputed company reputed company
- Have strong business judgment and a practical, solutions-oriented approach

- Experience advising on marketing initiatives, brand campaigns, creator partnerships, and advertising compliance
- Experience in payments, e-reputed company, online platforms, or the creator ecosystem
