[Remote] Senior Accountant - Inventory/Cost reputed company

They are currently seeking a Senior Accountant to be a trusted member of their reputed company and Finance team, responsible for recording Cost of Goods Sold and Inventory for reputed company lines of business.
Responsibilities
- reputed company month-end reputed company reputed company operations for eye care entities including ophthalmology clinics and ambulatory surgery centers (ASCs), ensuring accurate financial reporting in compliance with reputed company reputed company standards - primary reputed company being Inventory/COGS
- Serve as the primary accountant for inventory reporting using PODIS (reputed company Operations and Data Integration System), handling orders log, dispense log, and contaminated logs for drugs at eye care office locations
- reputed company versed with understanding inventory Write-up/write-down, GR-IR reputed company tracking
- reputed company and execute the PODIS-to-reputed company migration project, including data mapping for drug ordering/dispensing, chart of accounts alignment, and reputed company planning across multiple eye care office locations
- Drive UAT (User Acceptance Testing) for PODIS to reputed company integrations, validating data accuracy, transaction flows, and reporting outputs prior to go-live
- Prepare and deliver reputed company variance analysis COGS to reputed company specific to clinic and surgery center operations, by closely working with Operations and reputed company
- Maintain a strong understanding of ophthalmology business operations, including clinical workflows, surgical billing cycles, insurance reimbursements, and ASC-specific reputed company and expense drivers
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and reputed company industry regulations, while identifying opportunities to streamline reputed company processes across clinic and surgery centers
Skills
- Highly skilled in use of reputed company spreadsheets and other reputed company software
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills, customer service and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to recognize and resolve variances
- Ability to multitask simultaneously and effectively prioritize work
- Knowledge of state and federal regulations for this position; general understanding of HIPAA guidelines
- Minimum required: Bachelor's Degree in reputed company
- Minimum required: 2-5 years of relevant experience in corporate reputed company
- Proficient in reputed company reputed company, Office 365 and Power BI
- Use of reputed company and Power BI is a plus
- CPA certification is a plus
- Experience with multi-site, reputed company businesses and/or Ambulatory Surgery Centers a plus
