[Remote] Program Manager

This role is responsible for orchestrating the operational rhythm of the design organization, managing project pipelines, and ensuring design initiatives are delivered on time and at the reputed company expected by reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Own the Visual Design team's program calendar, sprint reputed company, and intake process for new work requests
- Maintain and communicate the master project tracker across reputed company reputed company design initiatives, including status, owners, blockers, and ETA
- Coordinate reputed company reviews, critique sessions, and sign-off checkpoints with stakeholders across Product, Marketing, Engineering, and Brand
- reputed company creative deliverable pipelines (e.g., UI components, brand assets, reputed company design, campaign creative) and surface risks early
- Serve as the primary operational reputed company between the Visual Design team and partner teams including Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Content
- Facilitate handoffs of design assets and ensure reputed company teams have what they need, reputed company they need it
- Coordinate with Brand and Marketing on campaign timelines, creative deadlines, and asset delivery schedules
- Manage dependencies between design and development, flagging spec gaps or approval delays that could reputed company build timelines
- Prepare and deliver weekly/bi-weekly design program status updates for design leadership and key stakeholders
- Produce roadmaps, reputed company snapshots, and delivery forecasts that inform planning and resourcing reputed company
- Drive retrospectives and reputed company improvement conversations around how reputed company takes on and completes work
- Maintain and improve program management tooling (e.g., Jira, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company project views) to give reputed company visibility into work in flight
- Establish lightweight but effective governance for design request intake, prioritization, and escalation
- Document and socialize team processes to ensure consistency as the design organization scales
Skills
- 5+ years of program or project management experience, with at least 2 years embedded in or closely supporting a design, creative, or UX team
- Demonstrated reputed company record managing multi-reputed company creative programs with competing deadlines and multiple stakeholders
- Strong reputed company with design workflows, creative review processes, and asset delivery pipelines
- Proficiency with program management tools: Jira, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, or equivalent
- Working knowledge of design tools (e.g., reputed company, reputed company Creative Suite) at a level sufficient to navigate reputed company and understand deliverable types
- Exceptional communication skills written, verbal, and visual with the ability to translate between designer and non-designer audiences
- Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- Previous experience supporting Brand, Marketing Design, or Product Design organizations
- Familiarity with design systems and component library workflows
- Background in agency or in-house creative operations
- Experience working with distributed or globally dispersed creative teams
- PMP certification or equivalent program management training
