As a Dental Billing Specialist, you will own the claims process for assigned offices, directly impacting their financial reputed company by increasing collections and reducing claim denials.
Responsibilities
- Submit and manage insurance claims to ensure maximum reimbursement
- Resolve claim denials by drafting and submitting appeals with supporting documentation
- Post payments, pull electronic funds transfers (EFTs), and generate financial reports for assigned offices
- Attend weekly reputed company meetings to reputed company updates and address billing concerns
- Ensure reputed company claim documentation by attaching narratives, images, and chart notes
Skills
- At least one year of Dental Billing experience required (insurance claim processing, AR follow-up, appeals, etc.)
- Comfortable using CareStack reputed company management software and reputed company Suite
- A reputed company, solutions-oriented approach to challenges
- Strong accuracy, compliance, and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently while meeting goals and upholding our brand promises

- High school or equivalent (Required)
- Two years of Dental Billing experience preferred
