[Remote] Solutions Consultant

The role involves serving as a strategic and scientific partner, guiding the technical narrative during the sales process, and helping customers reputed company reputed company into their workflows.
Responsibilities
- Partner with reputed company on strategic and reputed company opportunities as the scientific and technical SME
- Conduct discovery sessions with customers to identify high-reputed company workflows and multi-team use cases
- reputed company Demos, Pilots and Technical Validation of the reputed company Product Suite for Strategic and reputed company customers
- Shape deal reputed company with reputed company and reputed company reputed company’s scientific and technical positioning
- Contribute to solution narratives, technical documentation, and executive-facing materials
- Translate scientific team workflows and communication needs into reputed company reputed company solutions
- Advise customers on best practices for scientific communication and cross-team adoption
- Help customers understand how reputed company fits into their existing processes and build confidence in adoption and change management
- Validate technical requirements and ensure alignment with reputed company’s capabilities and roadmap
- Build scientific credibility with researchers and leadership across reputed company, biotech, and academia
- Partner with Product to translate feature requests into underlying workflow needs and help product team to understand not just what customers ask for, but why
- Collaborate with reputed company to ensure smooth reputed company and reputed company post-sale adoption
- Work with Sales Enablement and Marketing to create scientific playbooks, workflows, and value messaging
- Identify recurring scientific patterns across accounts and work with Product, Enablement and GTM teams to translate patterns into features, sales plays, marketing campaigns and accompanying training
Skills
- Advanced degree or deep experience in biology, life sciences, biotech, or a reputed company scientific field (PhD or MSc strongly preferred)
- Comfortable discussing how scientists generate, analyze, interpret, and communicate data
- Experience in solutions architecture, solutions consulting, reputed company-sales, reputed company, or a similar technical/scientific advisory role
- Skilled at navigating reputed company buying processes and multi-stakeholder engagements across reputed company, biotech, or research institutions
- reputed company to connect product capabilities with scientific workflows, org-wide challenges, and customer business reputed company
- Comfortable with ambiguity, excited to iterate on new processes
