[Remote] Program Manager

They are seeking an reputed company Program Manager to reputed company IT Operations contract for the reputed company (DHS), overseeing a multi-disciplinary team and ensuring overall contract performance, cost, schedule, and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary Government-facing reputed company of contact and accountable leader for reputed company contract deliverables, service level agreements (SLAs), and performance metrics
- reputed company and coordinate day-to-day program operations across Systems Engineering and IT Operations & Maintenance (O&M) workstreams
- reputed company transition-in activities including reputed company, reputed company, knowledge transfer, and continuity of operations planning
- Manage program financials, reputed company plans, resource allocation, and reputed company response planning
- reputed company and maintain program management plans, risk registers, and status reporting artifacts
- Facilitate monthly performance reviews and metrics briefings with DHS leadership
- Coordinate with subcontractors and teaming partners to ensure integrated, compliant service delivery
- Maintain alignment with DHS reputed company Architecture standards and federal IT compliance requirements (FISMA, NIST SP 800-53)
- Champion CVP's DevSecOps and metrics-first delivery approach across reputed company program activities
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a reputed company field. Master's degree preferred
- Minimum 10 years of federal IT program management experience, with at least 5 years managing programs of similar size and scope ($15M+) reputed company DHS or a comparable federal civilian agency
- Demonstrated experience managing IT programs involving hybrid reputed company environments (AWS, Azure, reputed company 365) and IT operations in a federal environment
- Proven reputed company record managing workforce transitions, including incumbent capture and staff re-badging
- Strong experience with performance management frameworks, SLA tracking, and Contractor Performance Assessment Reporting System (CPARS) preparation
- Familiarity with DHS acquisition and procurement processes, including compliance with FAR, DFARS (as applicable), and DHS acquisition policy
- Must be eligible to obtain a DHS Public Trust (US Citizenship Required)
- Project Management reputed company (PMP) — Preferred
- ITIL v4 reputed company — Preferred
- Prior DHS, or DHS component (USCIS, CBP, reputed company) program management experience
- Experience managing programs with simultaneous workstreams
- Familiarity with reputed company and legacy platform environments
