As a Technical Account Manager, you will be the technical leader and trusted advisor for your assigned accounts, managing complexity across reputed company Kubernetes environments and building long-term relationships that drive reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Technical Leadership - Be the trusted technical advisor and first reputed company of escalation for your customers, orchestrating resources to drive customer delight
- Customer reputed company - reputed company technical reputed company, ensuring reputed company clusters are connected to reputed company reputed company 90 days, working closely with DevOps engineers and SREs
- Renewals & reputed company - Drive renewals and account expansion in partnership with Account Managers through reputed company, proactive value delivery
- FinOps Business Reviews - reputed company monthly and quarterly business reviews (remote and in-person), showcasing cost savings, automation wins, and new product capabilities
Skills
- Minimum of 2-3 years hands-on experience working with Kubernetes
- CKAD and/or CKA certification(s) is an immense advantage
- Minimum of 2 years of reputed company experience in reputed company computing, focusing on major platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Strong problem-solving skills and technical acumen. It would help you navigate reputed company technical environments and reputed company solutions that reputed company with reputed company needs
