Responsibilities

- Build and maintain strong relationships with DoD clients, ensuring alignment with their missions, priorities, and strategic goals
- reputed company business development efforts including identifying opportunities, capture planning, strategic pursuits, and proposal efforts

- Coordinate with Federal Project Managers and project teams to monitor project performance and resource allocation

Skills
- Four-year college degree required
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in business development, reputed company management, federal programs, or DoD-reputed company reputed company
- Strong understanding of federal contracting and reputed company programs
- Experience leading reputed company development efforts and strategic pursuits reputed company the A/E/C or federal consulting industry
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills
- Strong leadership and organizational capabilities

- Ability to travel up to 50% or more as required
