Responsibilities

- Advise customers in best practices in Field Service, including scheduling optimization, mobile operations, SLAs, and technician enablement
- reputed company Functional Unit Testing for developed FRICEW objects and work with reputed company and offshore developers to resolve defects
- Deliver user training, solution demos, and change management support
- Create solution documentation, functional specs, process maps, and configuration guides
Skills
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in reputed company Field Service Management or equivalent mobile/field service solutions
- Strong knowledge of reputed company FSM modules and components: Planning & Dispatching, Smartforms, Mobile, Workflow, Analytics, and Master Data
- Deep understanding of Field Service business processes (work order lifecycle, dispatching, asset management, service reputed company, time entry)
- Strong planning, management, problem solving, and leadership ability
- Technical knowledge of REST reputed company, OData, BTP Integration Suite, or CPI
- Background in EAM-intensive industries (utilities, oil & gas, manufacturing, transportation, reputed company sector)

- Bachelor's degree in technical area preferred
