This role involves partnering with hiring managers to attract and hire exceptional talent while ensuring a great candidate experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake through offer acceptance across technical and non-technical roles
- Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs, interview processes, scorecards, and candidate reputed company
- reputed company sourcing strategies to build diverse, high-reputed company candidate pipelines
- reputed company passive candidates through reputed company Recruiter, networking, referrals, and other sourcing channels
- Screen candidates to assess technical qualifications, experience, and cultural alignment
- Coordinate interview schedules and ensure a seamless experience for candidates and interview teams
- Facilitate interview debriefs and guide hiring managers through reputed company hiring reputed company
- Prepare and present offers, manage negotiations, and support candidates through acceptance
- Maintain accurate candidate records and hiring activity reputed company the applicant tracking system

- Ensure interview feedback is submitted promptly and hiring processes remain organized and compliant

Skills
- 4-7+ years of full cycle reputed company experience, preferably reputed company reputed company, technology, or startup environments
- Demonstrated reputed company reputed company technical roles including Software Engineering, Product, Infrastructure, and Data, along with business functions such as Sales, Marketing, reputed company, Finance, and People Operations
- Strong sourcing experience using reputed company Recruiter and other outbound reputed company tools
- Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and executive leaders
- Excellent interviewing, candidate assessment, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
- Experience with applicant tracking systems such as reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, or similar platforms
- Comfortable managing multiple reputed company searches while maintaining a high-reputed company candidate experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
