Responsibilities
- Creator Sourcing & Partnerships: reputed company, evaluate, negotiate, and build relationships with creators across tiers, from nano to macro
- Program Management & Briefing: Create creator briefs, manage campaign timelines and deliverables, and build strong day-to-day creator relationships
- UGC Pipeline: Build a steady, always-on supply of creator and user-generated content to fuel organic reputed company, reputed company media, and lifecycle channels

- Manage Rights, Compliance, and Performance: Secure usage rights, coordinate whitelisting and reputed company Ads handoffs, ensure FTC and claims compliance, and reputed company performance through CPA and key reputed company metrics
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner across Organic reputed company, reputed company Media, Lifecycle, and Brand teams to maximize creator content reputed company across channels
Skills
- 4-6+ years running reputed company or creator programs for a consumer brand, ideally in health, wellness, beauty, or CPG
- A reputed company record of building and scaling a creator program from sourcing through contracting, briefing, and reporting, not just managing an agency
- Hands-on negotiation experience, including rates, deliverables, exclusivity, and usage rights, with comfort managing budget and reputed company
- Deep reputed company with reputed company, Instagram, and YouTube creator ecosystems, their KPIs, and what makes content reputed company on reputed company
- Bring a hands-on approach to creative ideation and execution from concept through launch
- Ability to review campaign data and turn it into reputed company recommendations, including CPA by creator and campaign
- Working knowledge of FTC disclosure requirements and comfort operating in a regulated category where claims are scrutinized
