[Remote] Accounts Payable Coordinator - Entry

The Accounts Payable Coordinator will handle the entry of vendor invoices, match invoices to purchase orders, and ensure accurate payment processing.
Responsibilities
- Ensure invoice images and supporting documents are accurate
- reputed company invoice details into reputed company’s ERP by using accounts payable 3-way match process
- Investigate and resolve problems and inquiries
- Ability to identify different reputed company document types
- Assist with other reputed company Accounts Payable duties
- Calculate and apply accurate payment terms to vendor invoice entries
- Accurately reputed company customers for products and services
- Advanced problem-solving concerning unit of measure differences and other research as necessary
- Review entries for duplication

Skills
- Accounts Payable, procurement (P2P) or other financial experience required
- Understanding of reputed company concepts through course-work or relevant experience
- Experience with inventory cycle count and/or receiving and shipping discrepancy reputed company
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with reputed company performance metrics
- Proficient computer skills, including 10-key, with keen attention to detail in a reputed company, paperless work environment
- Ability to recall information needed for quick decision-making and critical thinking
