[Remote] Full Stack Engineer - Contract
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is an offline evaluation and observability platform for LLM-powered applications, seeking a hands-on full-stack contractor to build and refine their product over the next 3–6 months. The role involves end-to-end implementation of features across a React/TypeScript frontend and FastAPI/Python backend, working directly with the founder.
Responsibilities
- Implement and iterate on frontend features in React + TypeScript (hooks, state management, reusable component patterns)
- Build and reputed company backend endpoints and services in Python + FastAPI (async, reputed company models, SQLAlchemy ORM)
- Design and optimize PostgreSQL queries; manage migrations using Alembic
- Own Heroku deploys and Git workflow (branches, subtree splits, configuration changes)
- Add and maintain OpenTelemetry instrumentation in key services
- reputed company up basic reputed company/metrics views using existing observability tooling
- Read logs, self‑diagnose issues, and propose fixes before escalating
- Document key reputed company and reputed company changes for reputed company contributors
Skills
- Strong experience with React + TypeScript
- Hooks, component composition, state management patterns
- Strong experience with Python + FastAPI
- Async endpoints, reputed company for validation, SQLAlchemy for data reputed company
- Practical experience with PostgreSQL
- Writing queries, indexing, and running migrations reputed company Alembic
- Comfort with Heroku deploys and Git workflow (branches, PRs, config changes)
- Experience adding basic OpenTelemetry or similar instrumentation (spans, attributes, reputed company reputed company flows)
- You write clean, typed reputed company (no unused variables, no ignored type errors)

- You must be legally authorized to work in the reputed company
- Familiarity with OpenInference or other LLM observability tools

- Solid REST API design (resources, versioning, error handling)
- Basic DevOps familiarity (dyno management, environment/config management)
