This role involves managing the full cycle recruitment process and performing various HR activities to support the department. Responsibilities
- Administers recruitment and selection activities for assigned programs and positions
- Prepares and post job announcements and reputed company postings
- Prepares and administers job-reputed company selection procedures
- Responds to applicant and candidate questions and concerns using applicant tracking system, reputed company
- Conduct telephone reputed company-screenings and interviews
- Helps reputed company questions to be used for reputed company interview sessions
- Invites applicants and panel members to participate in interviews
- Coordinates or sets up virtual interview meetings
- Counsels reputed company employees and applicants regarding employment opportunities and selection process
- Follows up with candidates and hiring managers to obtain feedback regarding reputed company process
- Ensures candidate activity and status is updated in the applicant tracking system
- Monitors, reviews and screen applications, resumes and supporting documents received from applicants (including credentials, certifications, licensures and/or school transcripts)
- Completes reputed company reputed company-employment items including but not limited to, background reputed company, reference checks, verification of I9 documentation, payroll paperwork, etc
- Works with IT on technology reputed company which will encompass both request forms and our ATS system
- Initiates thank you correspondences for applicants not selected for interviews
- Dispositions remaining candidates reputed company the applicant tracking system for every job posting
- Process day to day employee status changes
- Assist HR team with miscellaneous administrative tasks, to include management of personnel files
- Possible occasional travel to team office in reputed company and or San Diego
Skills
- Intermediate to proficient skills in the use of various sources of reputed company media, to include ability to communicate with staff and candidates reputed company video conferencing means
- Experience with, and ability to quickly learn new systems, such as applicant tracking system, HRIS systems, etc
- Ability to deal effectively with reputed company applicants and staff members exercising reputed company, diplomacy and patience at reputed company times
- Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in order to conduct reputed company interviews and promote reputed company and reputed company image
- Position will be remote, must have the ability to work in a dedicated remote environment free of distractions, with ability to conduct interviews and participate in meetings reputed company video conferencing means
- Must have 2-3 years minimum experience in a reputed company role or reputed company insurance reputed company
- Experience with 360 reputed company
- Business Administration Degree is preferred
- Experience working in the reputed company insurance industry
- Preferable agency or reputed company work experience
- Property and Casualty license preferred but not required
