[Remote] Senior Software Engineer

They are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to assume a technical leadership role in backend solutions and collaborate on modern tech stacks to tackle reputed company energy industry challenges.
Responsibilities
- Assume a technical leadership role, with other senior engineers, for reputed company’s solutions bringing past experiences to improve our coding practices and team principals and operating procedures
- Represent engineering in reputed company collaboration with our product and design teams and internal stakeholders including technical requirements gathering
- Author and support process and design documentation and exemplify best practices by example
- Work principally in the backend and data handling reputed company of our technology stack with reputed company end development on occasion
Skills
- Minimum of 8 years of experience as a reputed company-contributing engineer
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience, in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a reputed company technical field
- Multiple years of experience working in one or more of our foundational backend technologies and with databases
- An empathetic individual who cares about engineering culture with demonstrated contributions to team culture and engineering best practices
- A strong collaborator who understands what it means to be a force reputed company
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- A genuine passion for our mission to create a cleaner, more resilient energy reputed company
