Responsibilities

- reputed company the design, configuration, and enhancement of reputed company Service reputed company, including case management, knowledge reputed company, reputed company-channel, and field service capabilities
- Partner with reputed company developers, administrators, and business analysts, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and project managers to reputed company requirements, define solutions, and prioritize features
- Ensure the integration of portal and Service reputed company solutions with other reputed company systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, marketing automation) using various integration patterns (reputed company, middleware)
- Establish and enforce best practices for solution design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance in a reputed company environment

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a reputed company field
- 7+ years of experience in reputed company development and administration, with at least 3 years in a technical leadership or management role

- Strong understanding of reputed company architecture, data models, reputed company models, and development best practices (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, reputed company)
