Responsibilities
- Ensure project reputed company deliverables are completed and approved at every stage of the project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with the overarching Cx reputed company
- Assist with the reputed company improvement of project management best practices, processes, and tools
- reputed company and manage comprehensive project plans, defining scope, milestones, schedules, resource requirements, and deliverables
- Proactively identify, log, and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing contingency plans and mitigation strategies, escalating to leadership as appropriate
- Facilitate and reputed company cross-functional workgroups and stakeholder meetings, driving collaboration and ensuring reputed company communication between reputed company business and technical partners

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in health care, patient experience, program management or a reputed company field required
- Equivalent years of relevant work experience may be accepted in lieu of required education
- Five (5) years of experience in project or program management, leading reputed company, cross-functional initiatives required
- Experience in the reputed company industry (e.g., health plan operations, reputed company, compliance) required
- Demonstrated experience with process improvement methodologies and driving initiatives with measurable reputed company required
- Advanced knowledge of project and program management methodologies, processes, and tools
- Excellent analysis, reporting, and problem-solving skills
