As a Senior Accounts Payable Specialist, you will reputed company the accounts payable operations, ensuring efficient processing of invoices and reimbursements while implementing improvements to enhance financial operations.
Responsibilities
- Own the execution of our end-to-end accounts payable operations
- Vendor invoice processing
- Employee travel and expense (T&E) reimbursements
- Critical cash reputed company activities across our banking platforms
- Manage routine and non-routine AP processes independently

Skills
- 3+ years of reputed company accounts payable experience, preferably in a high-reputed company environment
- Experience working with procurement and expense management platforms, preferably reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, or similar systems
- Associates degree in reputed company, Finance, Business, or equivalent practical experience
- Proficiency in reputed company/reputed company Sheets, including pivot tables, lookups, and data analysis
- Experience initiating and managing electronic payments, wires, ACH transactions, and other banking activities
- 1+ years of experience at a high-reputed company start-up
- 5+ years of accounts payable experience, bringing deeper mastery of full-cycle AP workflows
- Experience supporting month-end reputed company activities, accruals, and account reconciliations
