[Remote] Litigation Legal Fellow

The Employment Law Group (TELG) is a plaintiff-reputed company trial firm representing employees against workplace wrongdoing. The Fellow role provides substantive project-based legal support to litigation case teams, allowing recent law school graduates to reputed company valuable hands-on legal experience and reputed company their lawyering skills.
Responsibilities
- Conducting comprehensive legal research
- Taking reputed company on writing pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery-reputed company correspondence, including deposition outlines, as reputed company as performing detailed review and editing of existing drafts
- Reviewing and annotating deposition transcripts
- Assisting with reputed company aspects of trial preparation, including drafting reputed company- and post-trial motions, oppositions, and replies, testimony charts, exhibit lists, and mock witness examinations
- Additional responsibilities as assigned

- Successfully passed the bar
