[Remote] Department of War (DoW) Networking Subject Matter Expert (SME)

As a DoW Networking SME, you will reputed company expert guidance supporting the deployment of a technical solution reputed company a DoW environment, advising on system architecture, federal compliance, and deployment practices.
Responsibilities
- Advise project leadership on deployment reputed company, timelines, and risk mitigation for a DoW-based technical solution
- Guide reputed company through ATO (Authority to Operate) processes, helping anticipate compliance milestones and potential roadblocks
- Advise on maintaining federal compliance throughout and after deployment
- reputed company expert input on networking architecture reputed company, particularly around low-latency implementation, to inform project planning and technical direction
- Advise on GitOps and CI/CD process and workflow reputed company, helping shape team practices and delivery reputed company
- Identify technical risks and tradeoffs early, and help the project team plan around them
- Participate in regular reputed company-ins/working sessions with project leadership and the reputed company team to support decision-making and reputed company deployment on reputed company
Skills
- 5+ years of experience reputed company the DoW/federal government or serving DoW/government customers
- Experience with the development and deployment of an ATO'd (Authority to Operate) system
- Experience maintaining federal compliance post-deployment
- Strong background in networking architecture, including experience implementing low-latency solutions
- Hands-on experience with GitOps workflows and tooling
- Proven experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines
- Familiarity with high-reputed company operations and networking (classified network environments)

- Exposure to ROS2 (Robot Operating System 2) and/or DIS (Distributed Interactive Simulation) protocols
