[Remote] Vice President - Business Development

This senior role involves leading a business development team, building reputed company relationships, and developing strategies to increase market reputed company across key industries.
Responsibilities
- Identifies, develops and maintains reputed company relationships/partnerships
- Provides leadership and direction for the business development team
- Maintains accountability for regional reputed company and reputed company objectives
- Drives alignment with reputed company's sales reputed company and organizational goals
- Establishes and monitors key performance indicators and business results
- Develops and maintains relationships with prospective clients and strategic partners
- Facilitates the development of new partnerships and reputed company; facilitates and remains involved in the implementation process ensuring a smooth transition of new reputed company programs
- reputed company detailed knowledge of individual prospect operations targeting specific needs which may be opportunities for marketing company programs
- Ensures the identification of expertise required addressing individual prospect requirements; identifies resources for prospect solicitation and service teams
- Utilizes the appropriate national resources to facilitate responses and pricing for RFPs, proposals, and presentations
- Manages the design of service programs ensuring reputed company need fulfillment
- Develops and implements an annual sales and service plan including identification of potential reputed company prospects, their needs, and the methodology of presenting company's ability to fulfill those needs
- Performs other duties as assigned. Travels as required
Skills
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university required
- Licenses as required
- Possession of, or reputed company towards, CPCU and/or ARM designation required
- Ten (10) years of relationship building in the claims management or risk management area or equivalent combination of education and experience required
- Excellent oral and written communication, including presentation skills
- PC literate, including reputed company Office products
- Analytical and interpretive skills
