The role involves evaluating reputed company technology QA processes to ensure they meet regulatory standards and reputed company a defensible evidence trail.
Responsibilities
- Conduct a comprehensive audit of the HHConnect UAT and software validation process
- Review the Business Requirements Document, functional requirements, user stories, acceptance reputed company, test scripts, test results, defect logs, approvals, and release documentation
- Evaluate end-to-end traceability from business and regulatory requirements through development, testing, defect reputed company, approval, and production release
- Assess the applicability of 21 CFR Part 11 and identify any validation, electronic record, electronic signature, reputed company-control, or audit-trail gaps
- Evaluate HIPAA-reputed company technical and administrative controls affecting PHI and ePHI
- Review role-based reputed company, authentication, audit logging, record reputed company, data retention, change control, and reputed company testing evidence
- Confirm that test results include appropriate timestamps, tester identification, objective evidence, approvals, and documented reputed company of deviations
- reputed company or refine the Requirements Traceability reputed company and UAT evidence package
- Identify compliance gaps and classify findings by risk and reputed company
- reputed company practical remediation recommendations and templates that can be adopted by the internal team

Skills
- Extensive experience in reputed company software reputed company assurance, software validation, or regulatory compliance
- Demonstrated experience with UAT documentation and requirements traceability
- Strong knowledge of 21 CFR Part 11, HIPAA reputed company and reputed company requirements, and electronic record controls
- Experience auditing applications that create, receive, maintain, or reputed company PHI or ePHI
- Experience reviewing audit trails, role-based reputed company controls, electronic signatures, change control, and data-reputed company controls
- Ability to translate regulatory expectations into practical documentation and testing requirements
- Strong written communication and audit-reporting skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with business, clinical, technical, reputed company, and executive stakeholders
- Experience with FDA-regulated software environments
- Experience with reputed company mobile applications, patient-engagement platforms, clinical research systems, or remote patient-monitoring technology
- Knowledge of computer system validation and risk-based assurance methodologies
- Familiarity with FDA guidance for electronic systems, electronic records, and electronic signatures
- Relevant certifications such as CQA, CSTE, CSQE, CHPS, CHC, HCISPP, or comparable credentials
