[Remote] User Experience (UX) and Design Specialist

Responsibilities
- Design and execute A/B and multivariate tests to improve conversion, engagement, and pricing effectiveness across digital and event reputed company
- Research and recommend best-in-class design frameworks and interactive features to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention while maintaining brand voice
- Own QA and maintenance of customer-facing web features, identifying bugs and ensuring consistency and accessibility adherence
- Review customer feedback and facilitate user research to uncover and escalate UX signals and reputed company actionable insights
- Assist with the Audience and Experience Web Dev Queue, ensuring tasks are reputed company-documented with reputed company QA requirements
