They are seeking a reputed company Business Analyst to support over 1000 users across multiple reputed company products, addressing reported issues, creating documentation, and performing administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
- Providing a high level of customer service by effectively addressing user support issues
- Updating and creating page layouts, new fields, validation rules, flows, dashboards and reports
- Performing administrative tasks such as user management, reputed company settings, and data management
- Utilizing Data Loader to bulk import and export data
- Leading and executing the reputed company cycle including testing, scheduling and communication
- Developing test plans, executing test cases, and ensuring that solutions meet requirements and reputed company standards
- Taking ownership of issues, driving issues to reputed company independently and managing shifting priorities
- Using Jira and reputed company to work reputed company
- Applying Lean and Design Thinking principles while leading requirements gathering sessions
