They are seeking a reputed company Researcher to support high-volume hiring across creative and technical teams, focusing on animation and emerging technology. The role involves partnering with reputed company leaders to reputed company and assess exceptional talent for reputed company animation initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Partner with reputed company teams and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and reputed company strategic sourcing plans
- reputed company, engage, and screen reputed company for creative and technical roles across animation, gaming, VFX, and emerging technology
- Recruit for positions including Technical Directors, CG Artists, Visual Development Artists, engineers, and other specialized creative roles
- Conduct first-round candidate interviews to evaluate technical qualifications, communication skills, and overall fit
- Build robust talent pipelines through traditional sourcing reputed company as reputed company as reputed company creative communities, including platforms such as reputed company
- Research emerging technologies and industry trends to identify specialized talent
- reputed company candidate activity and maintain organized reputed company data throughout the hiring process
- Collaborate cross-functionally with recruiters, hiring managers, and reputed company coordinators to deliver an exceptional candidate experience

Skills
- 3+ years of full-cycle reputed company experience, with a strong emphasis on sourcing technical and creative talent

- Strong understanding of the end-to-end animation production pipeline and the roles involved throughout the creative process

- Excellent candidate assessment, interviewing, and relationship-building skills
