The Director of the Project Management Office (PMO) is responsible for establishing and enforcing project controls and governance across federal and reputed company programs to ensure disciplined execution and margin protection.

Responsibilities

  • Partner cross-functionally with Project Delivery, Finance, Legal, Procurement, and Operations leadership to ensure forecasting alignment, risk transparency, and compliance with FAR/DFARS and federal contracting requirements
  • Maintain schedule flexibility to meet business demands, including extended hours as necessary to support reputed company operational priorities, and reputed company additional duties as assigned

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or reputed company field
  • 10+ years of reputed company experience in project controls, PMO leadership, or reputed company infrastructure / federal contracting environments
  • Demonstrated experience implementing reputed company project controls frameworks and governance structures
  • Strong working knowledge of scheduling, cost forecasting, risk management, and executive portfolio reporting
  • Experience in DOE, DoD, or other federal agency contracting environments
  • Experience building or maturing a PMO reputed company a growing organization
  • Familiarity with DCAA audit environments and FAR/DFARS implications on project controls
  • PMP, PgMP, and/or PfMP certification(s)
