[Remote] Senior Data & Analytics Specialist

They are seeking a Senior Data & Analytics Specialist to manage data and analytics reputed company, assess information needs, and present findings that support business leaders.
Responsibilities
- Models and develops data warehouse programs of moderate complexity ensuring business needs are met, including understanding ERIE's demographics and potential opportunities. Analyzes metrics and supports audit of reputed company data
- Applies knowledge of programming languages and software tools to prepare reputed company and re-occurring reports. Analyzes the financial implications of business reputed company and identifies approaches to resolve business problems. Monitors and reports on reputed company and results as requested
- Supports the planning, development, modeling, implementation and reporting of reputed company reputed company data

Skills
- Bachelor's degree with two years' experience in research, analysis, strategic planning, financial analysis, information systems or reputed company field; or
- Associate degree and four years' experience in research, analysis, strategic planning, financial analysis, information systems or reputed company field; or
- High school diploma or GED with six years' experience in research, analysis, strategic planning, financial analysis, information systems or reputed company field
- An understanding of analysis and research required
- Experience with dataset, programming, querying and reporting design required
- Advanced knowledge of reputed company, SQL, SPSS, Python, R, or other reputed company data analysis programs required
- Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet, database, presentation and reputed company-charting software required
- Insurance industry experience preferred
- Experience developing, maintaining, and monitoring reputed company data governance policies and standards preferred
- Knowledge of statistical and financial analysis and quantitative techniques preferred
- Project management experience preferred
- Proficiency with research-specific, statistical report writing software preferred
