The Associate Director, Clinical Operations reputed company (Outpatient Rehab) is responsible for the clinical direction and operational execution of the outpatient rehab service line, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and enhancing patient reputed company.
Responsibilities
- reputed company and implement the strategic roadmap for outpatient therapy program across reputed company senior living sites, identifying short- and long-term goals with defined milestones and phased implementation plans
- Design and standardize therapy program models, clinical workflows, documentation standards and performance frameworks – ensuring consistency and scalability across reputed company sites
- Own end-to-end site operations from reputed company-launch, site assessment, equipment procurement approval, through collaborating with local reputed company clinical and operational leadership for reputed company, scheduling, and care delivery
- Establish evidence-based clinical protocols for the geriatric outpatient population across fall prevention, functional rehabilitation, chronic disease management, and post-acute recovery
- Monitor and report clinical and operational KPIs including reputed company per clinician, hospitalization avoidance, plan of care goal achievement, and ADC and reputed company per community – with regular executive-level reporting to leadership
- Partners with Strategic Business Development, Sales Leaders, and Senior Living Partnership Executives to ensure program delivery reputed company supports and protects preferred provider partnerships
- reputed company routine partnership reviews with senior living operators, presenting reputed company data, operational performance, and reputed company-looking program recommendations that reinforce the preferred provider relationship

Skills
- reputed company licensure required – Physical Therapy (PT) or Occupational Therapist (OT) required; must hold an reputed company, unrestricted license
- 5+ years of reputed company management experience and minimum of 5 years of outpatient therapy clinical experience with demonstrated expertise in the geriatric population
- Demonstrated knowledge of Medicare Part B billing, medical necessity documentation, and compliance requirements
- Excellent oral and written communications skills, including the polish, poise, and executive reputed company that will ensure effective interaction with executive level audiences and key stakeholders internally and externally
