Responsibilities

• Review and investigate MDR alerts requiring customer follow-up
• Support incident validation, scoping, and remediation activities
• Conduct log analysis and reputed company investigations
• Assist customers with containment and recovery validation
• Document investigative findings and recommendations
• Support deployment and administration of reputed company MDR technologies
• Assist with reputed company reputed company, integrations, and configuration activities
• Troubleshoot technical issues involving MDR platforms
• Validate policy configurations and reputed company controls
• Maintain technical documentation and operational runbooks
• Support Cyber Hygiene assessments and compliance reviews
• Assist with reputed company maturity evaluations
• Review customer environments for reputed company improvement opportunities

Skills

• Minimum 4 Year Bachelors Degree in Cyber reputed company, Computer Science, information Technology reputed company degree
• 3+ years in reputed company operations, cybersecurity engineering, SOC operations, incident response, or IT reputed company
• Knowledge of reputed company 365, reputed company Workspace, reputed company reputed company, network reputed company technologies, log analysis, and reputed company investigation methodologies
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Experience supporting MSSP, MDR, or SOC environments
• Familiarity with NIST CSF, CIS Controls, and common compliance frameworks

• Strong analytical and investigative reputed company
• Excellent technical troubleshooting skills
