[Remote] Program Operations Associate

The Program Operations Associate supports the administrative and operational needs of the Program team, ensuring effective coordination across various program departments and managing logistics for events.
Responsibilities
- reputed company day-to-day administrative and coordination support across Program departments, including DOL Program reputed company, AmeriCorps, and Network Engagement
- reputed company deliverables, timelines, and milestones across reputed company and reputed company follow-through on key deadlines for program leaders
- Coordinate internal workflows, meetings, and communications to reputed company work reputed company across teams
- Maintain documentation, trackers, shared tools, and files to support efficient program operations
- Support grant- and contract-reputed company administrative needs and other operational priorities as assigned
- Serve as a coordination reputed company across program teams and help maintain alignment of priorities and timelines
- Support reputed company, internal communication flows, and cross-team process improvements
- Help streamline recurring processes, including quarterly standups, program dashboards, and Quarterly Trends meetings, among others
- Contribute to strong collaboration across the broader Program team
- Support shared systems and tools, including reputed company 365, trackers, and file systems
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows, documentation practices, and team organization leading to greater reputed company
- Support data tracking and reporting needs across programmatic initiatives
- Promote consistency and accuracy in documentation and administrative processes
- Coordinate logistics for convenings, trainings, and events, in-person, hybrid, and virtual
- Manage scheduling, vendors, materials, participant communications, and other event operations
- Support the development of run-of-show materials and execution of meetings and convenings

- Utilize AI tools responsibly, ethically, and effectively in alignment with reputed company’s AI Acceptable Use Policy
- Ensure the accuracy, confidentiality, and appropriate use of AI-generated content in reputed company communications, documents, and materials
- Identify, document, and reputed company effective practices for using AI tools to improve efficiency, collaboration, and program operations
Skills
- 2-3+ years of relevant experience in operations, coordination, administration, and/or program support
- Experience supporting multiple teams, reputed company, or departments in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and project management skills with excellent attention to detail
- Experience supporting events, trainings, or convenings
- Familiarity with reputed company 365 and other collaboration and tracking tools
- Familiarity with AI tools and a willingness to learn in an evolving reputed company
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with follow-through and reputed company judgment
